[ About ]■
Ferguson Highlands is a family-run, adults-only farm stay set across 100 acres in the South West. What started as a family dream has grown into a working farm that’s home to our Highland cows, heritage hens, beehives, an olive grove of more than 400 trees and a thriving kitchen garden. We re-built our three cabins so others could share in the peace and simple pleasures of life here, and we’ve shaped every part of the stay around slowing down, reconnecting with nature and living a little more lightly on the land. From our organic growing practices and rainwater harvesting to our hands-on farm experiences, everything we do is driven by a love for this place and a desire to make each stay genuinely memorable. We’re proud to call the South West home, and we can’t wait to welcome you.
[ HISTORY ]Where Land Meets Freedom.
Where Nature Shapes Nurture.
Piece by piece, we’ve brought the land to life. An olive grove of more than 400 trees now stretches across the property, our bees produce jarrah honey from the surrounding bushland, and our Highland cows have become the much-loved faces of the farm. More recently, heritage hens and a kitchen garden have joined the family, adding to the rhythm of everyday farm life.
The farm first welcomed guests as Hidden Grove Retreat, and as our vision grew, so did our name. Becoming Ferguson Highlands was about honouring both our family and the valley we call home, and committing to a stay built around sustainability, connection and genuine farm experiences.
Today, the farm is still very much a family effort, with every cabin, paddock and garden bed cared for by the people who love it most. We feel lucky to share it with our guests, and we hope you’ll become part of its story too.
